How to purchase: You can claim this jutsu as bonus to buy the following: emblem package, 2200 Token Pack or package of Token of 7,500 from September 30, 2011 - October 09, 2011.
Update: You can now buy this justu at the Academy for 900 tokens. You can also update the jutsu for a limited time.

How to use Kinjutsu: Phantom impetus to its full potential
This ability is used in the fight against the enemies with high HP, especially the heads world as soul General Mutoh. You can use this ability along with Kinjutsu: five elements consuming Seal (reduce 25% current HP of the target). Use Kinjutsu: Five elements consuming Seal before Kinjutsu: Phantom impulse.
